Created from hand cut rough slate in 3 styles, a small , square, round and heart shaped, each text area is approx 10cm x 10cm.

Each plaque is carefully wrapped in soft tissue and tied with natural twine, together with a small packet of Forget-Me-Not seeds to scatter in remembrance.

A perfect reminder of your loving friend and companion.
